Project Details
Our client bought a building that was in need of a major refurbishment. To make this site viable for our client SAS Ltd devised a scheme to raise the roof to allow for another floor to the building.
Our knowledge and experience allowed us to work closely with the client and project manage their requirements, this included
- Full strip out and internal demolition of existing site
- Remove existing roof and steel works
- Raise roof using existing steel where possible
- New roof and cladding
- Fire doors, external stairs
- Resurface car park
- Two storey mezzanine
- 60 min fire rated ceiling
- Full electrical and smoke detect ion systems to both floors
- Self-storage corridor & portioning systems to both floors
- Flat panel steel swing doors
